The New York Times - Major Rulings of the 2007-8 Term, broken down by Justice.

Is there anything the NY Times infographic department can’t make clear at a glance? Without even reading the text, here are the things I learned from this graphic:

1) The court is relatively conservative.
2) Ruth Bader Ginsburg is the most liberal justice.
3) Anthony Kennedy was the swing vote.
4) Scalia is fat.

There’s definitely the possibility that these imply a false continuum of liberal-to-conservative (both among justices and among cases), but apart from that, pretty great graphic.
