Greta Van Susteren just can’t get over this “First Dude” thing!
Somehow, she managed to turn an opportunity to interview Todd Palin into ten minutes of awkward small-talk:
“When I say, ‘Do you know the First Dude?’, they all laugh. Did you know that?”
“I didn’t know that.”
[Pause.]
“So that must be fun for you.”
“It is fun for me.”
And later:
“‘First Dude’, does that name fit, do you like that name?”
“‘Todd’ fits good.”
“How about First Dude, do you like First Dude?”
[Pause.]
“Uh. It’s alright.”
